How to Escape to Your Mind
There is this wonderful place, but you can’t go there by walking, driving, swimming, running, etc. It sounds simple but, it is very hard to get to. If you practice daily, you may reach it.
Steps
1. Find a good spot where you won’t be distracted. Don’t turn on the T.V. or anything. Just get a nice, quiet place.
2. Close your eyes and try to make yourself disappear. You might picture yourself dissolving, or you can picture an eraser rubbing you away. The possibilities are endless. The hardest part is your brain. Thoughts will always try to worm in.
3. Once you enter that world in your mind, you will feel alone and empty. You are in blank. Sounds will be blocked from you and you can "hear" the earth "talking" to you. Soon, nature will contact you. It’s hard to describe, but it’s a great feeling. You can escape to another world in-just in your mind.
Tips
• Close your eyes. You can’t escape with your eyes open, seeing things in our world.
• Don’t give up, it’s an extremely hard process, but if you practice, you can obtain that power
• Ignore distractions. They are simply obstacles to block you from entering this amazing world.
Warnings
• Remember that your physical self still exists in the real world. Don’t escape to your mind if you are in a dangerous area.
• Make sure your senses are awake to warn you of danger.
